We live in an experience economy and its fundamentally changing how companies go to market, influence their buyers, and engage people throughout the customer journey. Customer Experience (CX) is more than just a company’s brand—it is the complete experience with you & your company. In this class we will explain the customer experience concept and why it is one of the top initiatives for 2020. We will identify/describe key components of CX needed for making CX the epicenter of a company’s DNA.
