We live in an experience economy and it’s fundamentally changing how companies go to market, influence their buyers, and engage people throughout the customer journey. In this class—we will explain the customer experience concept and why it is one of the top initiatives for 2021. We will identify/describe key components of CX needed for making CX the epicenter of a company’s DNA.
